this course aims to introduce the essential theory and knowledge of nutriology & dietotherapy of chinese medicine. the curriculum is divided to three sections. section one introduces the essential theory and knowledge (e.g. concept, content, characteristic, development history, function of food and applications). the second section is about the origins, aliases, flavor and meridian tropisms, functions, applications and modern research of food. the final section introduces the species of food used in chinese medicine (e.g. the traditional medical food in life and clinical).

medical ethics originates from the special nature of doctor - patient relationship in medical work. this subject is an interdisciplinary subject of medicine and ethics. the purpose of this course is to help students to understand and solve the problems of good and evil in the behavior of doctor-patient relationship in medical and health work through the study of the theory and principles of ethics. this course will introduce ethics, which is the philosophy of moral research. through this course, students learn that morality is the faith and value of good and evil in human behaviors, embodied in the rules or standards of human behaviors. the course can inspire students reflect on the moral, analysis human behavior rules or guidelines, and help students to solve the moral problems caused by different values conflicts in the medical work.
